Am selling a Lee Challenger Breech Lock single-stage press and have been ask if I will ship it to Australia. I've go no problem as long as he pays for it, but am wondering if it is legal for me to ship a used press overseas. Does anyone know? Thanks.

No problems with the shipping. It is not a restricted good in either place. Postage would be the killer. Even a 20 lb flate rae box if it fits is $50.

Cant speak for US Customs 100%, but the press is not a rifle part or component and should be exempt of any restrictions. I'm not familiar with the press, but seems a lot of trouble and expense to send such an item. Air freight will be a killer, snail mail (sea mail) much cheaper but the time frame blows out to something like 3-4 months. I regularly get items from the states, try to combine shipping or at least order more than I need so as to make the shipping costs worthwhile.

Cheers,
Stu in Brisbane, Australia
