Talk to Jim Kelley of Kelley sghts. He has a web page. He just finished using my Pedersoli Gibbs to come up with a Soule tange sight.

The guns I've seen that were built specifically for the prone position had a steel insert inlet into the top of the heel on the buttstock. It had the same sight spacing as the gun's normal tang position, and the sight could be removed from the tang and relocated to the heel. 
There's no special sight required, just the special base required to be fit to the gun.
