A couple more rollers

50-70 hunting carbine built on an old #5 7mm. My feeble attempt at a Custer rifle. 28" GM barrel, MVA rough ready rear and Pedersoli Beech front. Scavenged wood. Barreled by Steve Baldwin. I am lucky living where I do. Dan Zimmerman's shop is 10 minutes, Steve Baldwin, Dave Crossnoe, and the Rifle Shoppe within 45 minutes.

50-90 supposedly by Adobe Wells armory. Ill fitting but pretty wood. Shaver sights. Forearm looked like a table leg. I reshaped it a little and cast a forearm tip (my second and I need a lot more practice)

I really like the 3rd one. Is that barrel kinda short, or does the fullstock make it look so? What more can you tell us about that one? Not your average roller.

Same here, love that last one, like everything about it. Like to know the cal. , the barrel length, the weight, looks like it should balance just in front of the action. Hank

Says 32 WCF, aka .32-20. A cartridge that speaks my language.

The Husqvarna model 33 Fågelstudsare (bird rifle). They made a larger version in bigger calibers. Here is a website with lots of info on the Husky rifles.

Here is a photo gallery with more pics of my 32WCF. I need to disassemble it and send the action for case color.

I learned of them from Jerry Sells when I bought the little 32-20 Gemmer rifle. They are dainty and a blast to shoot. I will measure the barrel but as I recall it was around a 25". Not sure of the weight but it is light.

Here is one Jerry put together in 22LR. It has a GM full octagon barrel. I just got it from Jerry a couple weeks ago.

Ballards may be weaker,
but they sure are neater!
