I guess it is time to show a picture of the target.

The ammo was Fiocchi 320 SM. I have fired many smaller groups with this CPA. I am not sure if it was the wind, me  or the ammo that caused the low shot but I am opting for the ammo. But it was likely me.
This rifle has been  a very consistent performer for me.
I saw the group forming in the center and just kept shooting. Took less than 5 minutes from start to finish. If things are working I don't look thru the spotting scope.
I have no idea when it happened. I didn't see the 21 or the 24 till I got to the target.
