Recieved an order from track of the wolf today.
In the packing was a statement saying that green mt has stopped production of the Blake powder barrels on pages 204-206.  Looking in the catalogue on those pages includes the black powder barrels in caliber 22, 32-40 all the way up to 50-110.  Has any one else heard of this happening.  I have won two certificates for a percentage off this summer.

Of course you will be calling them to find out if they will be honoring you certificates. Let us know what they say.

GM tried to sell me a bent barrel once.  They didnt like it but replaced it with a straight one.  Smiley Good barrels. Lots of good barrels being made now. No big deal.

First I've heard of it.

I just ordered a 1-12 twist .38 cal #4 barrel a couple of days ago.  Our local distributor called Green Mountain up and they certainly had no problem taking the order. Perhaps it was being sold from existing inventory, but no mention was made to me of the end of Their black powder barrels.
