Sorry, but I cannot identify anything on these pictures. To small, not enough resolution, too dark, out of focus.

It seems to be a hunting rifle? What's written on the top of the barrel?

Then you should reduce the size of the pics. There are a lot of descriptions here on the forum, how to manage the picture size and the upload.

Looks to be a German Drilling rifle.  While this desription is not maker specific it does give some places to start.  What caliber is it? Is there a makers name engraved?
