I thought I still had mine from back when I turned my Peabody into a "Sporter" back in the 60's. I just found it, but sometime in the last 40 years I had reduced the diameter of the button end. Sorry.

Try Lodgewood Mfg?  Also, there's a fellow making very good accurate repro's of the Peabody rod should you fail to find an original.
