I just purchased one of Mr. Rice's nice breech seating tools for a Stevens 49. Very nice to do business with him.
His number is 1- 719-489-3155. We played a little phone tag, but he call me back twice.

This Rice seater is set up for a 25/20SS. The cartridge adapter may be changed for a different caliber. I have one for a Stevens 49 in 32/40.

A close friend of mine just gave me one for my 32-40 Ruger #3 and it is definitely a work of art as well as being an extreme pleasure to use
