Correct Size?

Have a new barrel that is 0.368" and grooves that are 0.375". What is the recommended bullet diameter for same? I've been sizing to 0.378" for my old barrel and has worked well, but have only just received the new barrel. Also want to order a new mould and do not want to toss $150 into the wrong size. Thanks.

We need a lot more info. Is this for fixed ammo? Is it for black powder? Is it a .38-55? Who made the barrel? What is the twist? What will it be used for?
