Mike, I'm in lust!  Roll Eyes  I sure hope you'll drag one or more of those down to our Chinquapin matches in June... if I can get moodyholler and some of the other regulars to shoot Maynards too... WOW!!  I'll start getting my .40-40s loaded right away!!

My "active" stable consists of a Model 1873 with .40-40 and .64 shot barrels and a Romano First Model in .50 cal.  I have an original Second Model that has been in process of restoration for about 3 years now as well as a couple of other smaller projects that begin with "M."

Roger that MH!!  Be sure and put the last Friday and Saturday of June in your date book for the CSV Summer Match.  I'd really like to get a sort of Brand Rivalry going with some more enthusiasm among the Winchester vs Ballard vs Stevens vs Maynard, etc competitions.  Of course one might encounter a Winchester with a Stevens barrel, or a Maynard with a Winchester barrel, etc, and then where would you be.  Oh well, as long as folks come out and shoot!
