I really like Hepburns,  but i am a novice regarding them. Does anyone know of a good source book for information on them?

If you can come up with the contact information for Richard Binger ( gunsmith ) it would be worth talking to him as I don't think anyone currently has more knowledge in regards to the Hepburns that he has. He also owns an extensive collection of Hepburns and has displayed them in the past on the behalf of the ASSRA at past conventions.

The Dutcher book on Ballards and the Marcot book on rollers almost spoil collectors, they're that good. I just got the Marcot book and I can't control the drooling. Too bad they never made enough Hepburns to warrant a book on them.

Tom Rowe has a "coffee table" book on Hepburns coming soon.  It does not have much text, but the photos are gorgeous.  I saw it at Vegas last week.

Ballards may be weaker,
but they sure are neater!

Can't wait to see it! I've got Dutcher and Marcot's books, and they get a lot of wear and tear from constant viewing!
