I know this thread is over a decade old, but I just acquired a Fecker scope.  Could someone send me the Fecker manual?  I would really, really appreciate it.  Thanks a bunch!

I don't have one, but Cornell sells reprints of the old Fecker manuals.

Phil made that offer nearly 15 years ago.  But, may have sent out the last one 13 years ago.

But, he is still going strong, so still may get them out.
