how to decrease diameter of nose of loaded bullets

I had an 03a3 which was a good shooter but had an oversized bore. It shot well with Lyman 311284 bullets, sized to .310.  I got rid of the rifle and now I have LOTS of these Lyman bullets individually weighed and loaded, which will not chamber in any of my other 30-06 rifles because the nose diameter is too large.  I would prefer to NOT unload the ammo, is there any practical way to reduce the nose diameter?

Thanks!

How about a pair of steel plates with a couple of spacers the right height (.299"?) so that you roll the bullet's nose between the plates, sort of like you would embed lapping compound into a bullet for fire lapping?  The spacers would keep the nose section from going too small in diameter.
