Got word that Jack Oder shot 4 250's and a 249 to take first and maybe new record for five straight targets....
Didn't think those guys out west could shoot that good, just kidding.

Nice shooting Jack, especially with the handicap of a Miller action and an RKS barrel!!! That record is going to stand for a long time. Wink

I just got off the phone with a close friend that attended the match and he stated that Jack's first target was a 249 with the out shot touching the outer edge of the 25 ring and he then proceeded to shoot 4 consecutive 250's.

What an amazing accomplishment for Jack and one could only imagine how long that accomplishment will stand in the ISSA record books.

you had to be there !  i seen it with my own two eyes. truly great shooting .    but......   did you hear about the Crazy Canadian who shot a 250 with a barrel made from a piece of REBAR???????   wait till that story is told ! Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley

The hidden story makes it even better. It was his second shot of the match that posted a 24. The next 48 shots in a row were 25's! Incredible!
