Hank,  The qualified answer is yes, there are several makers out there.  However, if you want only the best product available, the maker to contact for quality in design and manufacture would be Mr. Russ Weber.  His current quoted price is $185. per copy.

Contact Russ via E-mail <russweber@juno.com>

I am not sure if he makes ruger seater, but Mr. Neal Rice might be the coolest guy you could talk to. I purchased a CPA used and it came with a Rice breechseater. After using it last year and this year I had some trouble with screw being stripped out.(I am sure it was user error). I called him and he sent me out new screws no charge. After talking with Neal I found out my breechseater was made in 1994. I sent him out the seater to have him go thru it and when it came back.  WOW Not only was my name engraved on it it looked brand new.
Remember I bought it used.

Now that is a guy that is proud of what he does. I will never look for a different maker of breechseaters again this Man is TOP NOTCH.... TommyAuger
