Recently picked up an RCBS bullet mould at a gun show for almost give-away price because it had no sprue plate or screw.  Emailed RCBS last night to get part numbers to order new ones and just got an email back from them that they are sending out what I need at no charge!  That's good service!  Smiley

RCBS is really good about standing behind their products. I have on 4 occasions had a problem with a die in the last 50 years and they have replaced the part for free every time. Not many people stand behind their products like that.

RCBS has to be one of the best for Warranty.  Dillon rates right up there too.

To do all of this warranty stuff they must sell one he!! of a bunch of reloading products!  Makes me wonder what their Gross sales and net profits are for the year!  Maybe a place to look at buying some shares.

Yep. That's how you build customer loyalty. Stand behind what you sell. I never mind buying RCBS or Lyman or Dillon due to their great customer service.

Gentleman CPA fits perfectly into this niche so please don't hesitate to due business with them as this quality of service will no longer be the American Way in the very near future along with other quality American manufactures!

It is a sorry shame that we can no longer compete in what used to be the most innovative and industrious nation in the World.

If we were to have to go to war with China today we would have to buy the majority of the natural resources that we have in this county and no longer have access to due to the Liberal EPA Regulations from them to be able to do so.

It is a very very sad day that we currently live in and I have no way known to me on how to explain the up and coming hardships that are yet to faced by my children, grand children and soon to come great grand children.

I agree, John. If we had a political area on this forum, I could go on a long rant!!! It's effected my occupation severly.

I'm glad that I'm retired now and no longer have to look for work, because it's no longer there.

Amen Frank but that begs me to ask the question on what we can do as a dedicated group to help those who will not have the ability to follow the work ethics that we were raised on and nor will they have the ability to continue to walk in our foot steps!

I am getting old and I hurt currently more than most but my mind is not dead and it sure would be a blessing for us all to use what little time we might have remaining to put some of our enjoyment in a younger individuals life.

In all reality all we are talking about / teaching is to boost ones self confidence in order to help make those individuals through not only the most enjoyable times but also those that might prove to be the most challenging.
