Can anyone tell me who does a good job on French Gray? I have a martini action I need to get done.

Call Shiloh Rifles to determine if don't only do their own rifles.  'Heard' that C Sharps also does french gray.  Another source ...

You also might contact a couple of the firearms guild engravers - they are usually a lot pickier about who applies various finishes over their artwork than some of the manufacturers tend to be.
