I just bought a approx. 4x external adjustment scope today. The ONLY marking on it are on the mount. It's about 15 1/2" long and the objective lense is inset about 1 1/2" from the front of the brass tube. The turrets are on the front of the tube. The Mossberg #6 mount is made to fit in a dovetail with 1/32" graduations for vertical adjustment plus the vertical on the scope turrets. The top picture shows what looks like a parralax and a focus adjustment but, I don't know, I haven't messed with them yet. It looks like a quality scope, can anyone help me with who the maker is?

It looks like you are missing the mount that hooks to the gun.It would bolt to the receiver and than would slide up and down for elevation. My friend brought over the same set up the over night and it fit the factory mounting hole on my Mossberg 42M-B military 22 bolt action trainer. It really looked like a cool set up. His scope was also marked mossberg on it. TommyAuger

This is what I've learned about them......

I did some research after posting for info. It's a Mossburg #6 scope and mount. It's 4x. Montgomory-Wards has the same mount and scope and call it a #10. They were made form '35 until '40. 

I found mine at a local flea market.  Another variant is the Mossberg 7C8 that has standard type scope block mounts. You can change the eye piece for 8x.
