Is this a FrankenMaynard?  It has features of a first model, a second model, and of an 1865, it appears.

It looks like a early pre 1861 2nd model made into a 65 civilian model. I have no idea where the butt plate came from or the rear sight. 
Like Frankenstien it has a look that only a mother could love. 
It has at least 4 maybe 5 parts that could be salvaged I think!
