I got mine from Rocky Mountain Cartridge, LLC.  Phone (307) 587-9693; e-mail rmc@ven.com.

There is no cartridge case that can be modified to form one of these, to my knowledge, anyway.

.22 Cooper Centerfire Magnum and 5.75mm Velo Dog are awfully close, but both cartridges' brass is made from unobtanium.   Cry  Cheesy
