Unertl Scope Box Plans

Does anyone have plans for a 2 or 3 scope capacity wooden box for Unertl scopes?   How about some photo posts of nice boxes?   Any suggestions on the best hold-down method?  I reckon I need at least capacity for two but you know how this sport goes.  I have had one small victory in convincing my wife that investing in rifles and scopes is a wise move.

I have also beenthinking along those same lines. But is it better to have a box for several scopes or a box for each scope?

That all depends on whether I want to lose them all at the same time or individually.   Roll Eyes If I keep them on the rifle in its own hardcase, I know if the rifle makes it, so does the scope... the only time this didn't work out was the time I forgot I had taken the %*&#@ scope off for some forgotten reason and got to the range with a naked gun!  Undecided

Yeah, scopes are best left on the rifle, although what about that spare scope?  Need a box for it.

My Remington BR scope came in an aluminum tube with styrofoam end suports and plastic caps.  INDESTRUCTABLE. It stays there unless in use. Goes on and of the 40Xbr at the range.  always on 0. I have a retired woodworking friend who makes great boxes. He built me a box with a sliding lid for my Litchert for some wood I gave him.
