Hello, After days of high heat & humidity, Sunday was very nice, temp.s in low 80's & low humidity.  I wanted to double check .40-70
Axtell loads.  Using NEI Postell minus 1 band, weight is 342.6grs. with
scrap range lead.  lubed with my #5A, sized to .410" & seated for firm leade contact.  Using 30.5grs. H4895, 5 shots went into 1"...holes all
cutting each other.  This equals accuracy from the Leeth 300gr. copy of Ideal .405 mould 412263.  The Postell having a more streamlined nose, I will use this for the upcoming 300yd. prone "Kangaroo Cup"
match in Muskegon, MI.  I have a question, I only have 100yd. zero,
can anyone give me a rough ball-park fiqure for elevation at 300yds.
I do not have velocity of load.  But was thinking in terms of, if centered at 100yd.  How much higher would impact be at 100 to be on
at 300?  Thanks guys!

The lightest bullet in the SPG Lubricants BP Cartridge Reloading Primer is a drop table for a 376 grain .40 caliber bullet.
