I have been trying to get into their web site with no luck. Did they go out of busness? Has any body delt with them lately?  J B BOOKS

Hello JB,

Just out of curiosity I googled 'Ray Riling Books' and got a lot of hits, several  complaining of making payments to the company, but not getting deliveries. 

Money is being debited from customers accounts and that's it. A classic Phishing Tactic. I hope you've not lost out.

According to wikipedia  this company is no longer in the book selling business.

The used to be one of the best, internet has completly changed used and collector book buying.  Guess Riling did not survive the change.  Mike Stegen sales seems to have gone away too.

JB,

Call you credit card company and report that your account has been debited and you received no product (if you used a CC of course).  Be sure to keep track of how and how many times you tried to contact them.  I had the same experience with 'Ray Riling Books'.  My account was charged and I tried for months to get in contact with them.  One call to the credit card company and they issued a refund within a couple days.  Terry H.
