Tomorrow is the day set aside specifically to honor the veterans of our armed services.
I want to say a personal  thankyou for the time, effort, blood and sweat spent by those of you who have served.
I know that many of my classmates, friends, and family are veterans.
I know that ALL who served whether in war or peace, at home or in foreign fields, shared in preserving and protecting the liberty we enjoy.

Tomorrow I will be thinking of you and thanking you in my thoughts and prayers

  Mr. DWS ... 

  It is really kind of you to think of us; and what we did in service for the great United States of America.  Most of us who volunteered for military service did so out of our belief in duty to our country and a feeling of obligation to preserve what our forefathers sacrificed for and won the peace before us.  A prime example was General Eisenhower who planned and led the liberation of Europe.

  I would like to especially recognize and salute those who were P.O.W.'s of all wars, and particularly, U.S. Senator John McCain for his enduring patriotism.

   My prayer is that our great country will someday again return to a country of great patriots in leadership positions.

To all who wear, and have worn the uniform, we remain

To the soldiers and military families of Ft. Hood, we will remember.
