Just received my 1 1/4" 10x Unertl back from these folks after reconditioning.  I am very satisfied with the work.  Replaced crosshairs and cleaned and calibrated.  They also work on other scopes as well.  If you need scope repair, in my experience these folks do nice work.  About 7 month turnaround for me.  Hadn't seen them mentioned here so thought it might be another option for folks.  They're on the net.
