Ken Hurst's wife passed away yesterday afternoon. (Read 5191 times)

	I just received a phone call from my good friend, and ASSRA's good friend, Ken Hurst. Miss Julie, his wife, passed away in her sleep yesterday afternoon. I have spent time with both Ken and Miss Julie in their home in North Carolina and they were two of my most favorite people. Ken has contributed a LOT to ASSRA over the years and Miss Julie was a strong supporter. I offer a prayer for Ken and Miss Julie and hope that others here will do likewise. Miss Julie was not in good health but this was completely unexpected. Dale53

	Thanks Dale. I never had the privilege of meeting them, talked to Ken a few times at some length. I sensed how much she was his partner in our talk. he will be in my prayers. Wayne

	Very sad. I know she had been fighting her battle for some time, and sure am sorry for Ken. He will surely be in my prayers. After losing his old friend Ben recently, and now Miss Julie, I'm sure this is a heavy burden on Ken.
