	Yup! Once again, had great fun. Sure did enjoy getting to hear the resounding "YES, YES!!!" from the end of the shooting line when that perfect target was shot!!! Glad I was there to see, or should I say HEAR it!! Well Done! Look forward to next year. Merwin

	Good to hear from you, Bill -- Dale and I were hoping to see y'all there. Since it was only predicted 80% rain at the range and 100% at home, we took the chance. Yes, light rain off and on. But since there was no soap in it there was nothing to worry about.

	Jon, That is just evil, you were shooting in the middle of the line. No hint as to WHICH end? Right now I am routing for the single end bench rest shooter on your right, but either way, they all deserve to shoot one. Must have been the Chinese Buffet we had Friday night that did the trick! Wish I could have stayed for Saturday. Bill, Friday was a bear driving up but was worth the trip as I shot my highest off hand score to date. Steady mist until lunch with only one heavy rain period. 91% humidity, 70^, overcast all day, pretty steady 10mph from 6:00 with occasional switching. Almost perfect day to shoot but a perfect day to be on the range with this bunch of characters!!! Craig

	Craig, It was on the left of the line, sorry bout that. I really want to name the name but do not know the pecking order of such a thing. I feel I should let either the shooter or the Frog, whose match it was, disclose. I know this, it seems any one of the guys there could have done it. There was some good shooting going on, just not mine!! Merwin

There was some good shooting going on, just not mine!! Merwin There was indeed good shooting. I shot my best over 40 with a rifle I'd only shot one 10 round session with two days prior! Unfortunately it only had a scope on it and I couldn't crank it up enough to get out to 200. There are really only two folks that should have the privilege of naming the 250 shooter - the individual and the Scheutzenmiester. One was at one end of the line the other at the other end of the line.

	DRUM ROLL, PLEASE!! Three shooters shot personal bests on their specific targets, Craig (Subsailor) Faubion, Tim (Cat Whisperer) Kunz, and Willis (Singleshot) Gregory, but their joy was eclipsed by John Merz, who after shooting a "frustrating" 249, turned around and shot a pure 250... nothing even close to the red, IIRC!! Congratulations to all of you. Once again, we were small in number, but mighty in spirit. Once again, the weather was somewhat less than optimum, but we were able to overcome. Once again, Chinquapin SV at Brushy Mtn Club in Central VA stands proud and happy. Thanks to all who attended and hope to see you all back on the 25th of June, 2010.
