That was much too professional a job for a Parkenfarker. If I had to guess he was adopted.

Like many  internet sub-MOA group shooters, he left out his "secret" ingredient -- add the contents of a  tube of Preparation H, a proven & well known group reducer.... Grin

Unfortunately it also will shrink the lands in your barrel. For some people in as little as one application. More regular users have found that they can only shoot paper-patched bullets. Chronic users have their fine target rifles turned into smooth bores.

I use to know Harlow personally and I believe that he still lurks on the website from time to time, he once confided that the secret of his “Curiously Slippery Lube” was to seek out the hives of “Wild African Killer Bee’s” and to very carefully extract their wax, leaving the honey, unless of course it was needed it for his pancakes, then to hike off into the Oregon wilderness to locate the droppings of endangered Spotted Owls, which are, according to Harlow, the very slipperiest of Owl droppings. These ingredients were then skillfully blended to produce his legendary match winning formula; the “Preparation H Lube” was used to tighten older but still worthwhile bores, he recommended a few drops on the tip of the bullet just before it was breech-seated.

I just got done watching this fellow lube bullets. I had to watch it four times. I now realize I've been doing it completely backards all these years.
Thank God somebody with some brains made a video.  Who is this young BPCR shooter? I'd like to shake his hand and give him a slap on the back.
Well done I say! Well done.
