	The winning bid on the small game unertl on ebay was $687.99. That what has been happening to the old good scopes. They are just getting harder to find and higher to purchase.

	I have no doubt it's due, in part, to the high prices on the current manufactured scopes such as MVA and R.H.O, which are pushing $1000. There's no doubt these are quality scopes but $1000 is a rip off as far as I am concerned. As a result the prices of the older scopes are increasing and many shooters have purchased or are seriously considering the Chinese made Leatherwood scopes and separately buying USA made mounts in some cases. 	Hey guys, A Fecker small game scope just sold for $1,025 on eBay. It's looks to be in good condition, but over a grand for a 3/4" Fecker is amazing. It did have a very low (3-digit) serial number so possibly a couple of collectors got in a bidding war. The seller guessed the scope was 12 power but, as far as I know, Fecker did not offer the small game model over 10X. 	man, for 1200 I got a metal lathe and milling machine, now I can make as many scopes and who knows what else for the same price just about.
