Not getting notification of replies to topics

Since the new site software was installed I am no longer getting notifications of replies to topics.  I've check everything I can think of and have no idea what's going on.  I'm open to suggestions.  Thanks.

If you post your comment down on the tab labeled "FORUM HELP" Josh would be more likely to see it and answer any questions. It may take a day or two as Josh is pretty busy and just does this as a favor to the organization. Smiley

I check all over the forum page and don't see a tab called "FORUM HELP".  There is a "HELP" tab, which has a lot of info but does not seem to offer a place to post messages.

Just below the General forums is Support and Feedback the second group is Forum Help. All you need to do is start a new topic and Josh will get back to you.
If you still have a problem send me a PM or email with your phone # and I will call you.

I finally located "FORUM HELP".  I did not realize there are a series of links located in a window at the bottom right of this screen or page.  It says Forum Jump, but opens to several other options including "FORUM HELP".  I posted a request for help there.

Easy question,  Did you click the Notification option at the top of the dialog box in the topic you wanted to be notified about?
