Hello Ken,

I believe the only Centre Fire 'varmint' cartridge available in the Little Sharps range (The only Sharps copy Charles Daly sells) is the .218 Bee, and that's a pretty old 'varmint' round these days

It depends upon what varmints you are shooting and over what range as to whether the 218 Bee is suitable. As to accuracy, well, every rifle is a law unto itself, you'll just have to experiment with loads till you find one you like.

One thing about the single shot rifle is, they're cheap to run, one shot at a time, unlike some of todays assault rifles, where one squeeze of the trigger sends a full box of ammo downrange all at the same time.
