Sorry if maybe I was out of line suggesting that the form be put on the site for all to copy. It just seemed to be the simple thing to do. I did not mean that someone on the bod should do it.

 I see that you are a director, and as a director I guess it's your job to direct. I also see that ASSRA has a webmeister. I would think that it would be a directors job to direct or maybe ask the webmeister ( being that ASSRA has one ) to put the form up on the site for all to use,  that would take the burden off a bod member not knowing how to do the computer thing.
 Set Trigger

The 2009 Raffle Rifle is a Winchester Low Wall .22 LR Schuetzen rifle inspired by a rifle owned by Gary Quinlan and found on pages 147 and 148 of The Winchester Single Shot a history and analysis by John Campbell. I will try to name everyone who has participated in the project.

The gunsmith who is overseeing the project and has done the most work on the gun is Glenn Fewless. Glenn took the original action and got it straightened out holes filled and polished, fit the double set triggers, fit and chambered the barrel and has generally created a masterpiece from a collection of parts.

The stock started life from a blank provided by Ray & Cathy Richter known as Quaking Aspens on eBay. The blank was patterned by Ballard Arms, then fit, finished and checkered by master stock maker Doug Mann

Mike Sawmiller did the full coverage engraving.   

Charlie Shaeff donated the receiver. The block was donated by Frank Zika. Ballard Rifles donated all the other parts. 

The barrel was made and donated by Ron Smith of RKS. Ron configured the barrel in a Pope .22 style.

CPA donated the palm rest and the butt plate. 

Frank Zika donated one of his Farrow style rear sights and a front sight to match. 

I hope that I haven’t forgotten anybody. This is the second raffle rifle that I wrangled and by far the most complicated. I hate to pick up the phone and beg for parts and services from hard working folks, and I am still stunned by generosity that all of the artists and craftsmen who agreed help in this project. I can only say thank you. You can show your appreciation to them by proving that their time and effort was worth it by buying a ticket or two or three. Somebody is going to win this rifle but it ain’t going to be you if you don’t enter.
