I don't know which of the boards this belongs on, so I figured General Discussion unless one of the moderators thinks it belongs elsewhere.

I am looking for a source of ammo to actually shoot a Zimmerstutzen (Parlor Rifle.)  I have the urge for an evening with fine brandy, and a big cigar and an evening at potting at the wife's vases (that's pronounced "VAH-SES" doncha know?)  Any help would be appreciated.

When last I checked Neil had several of the common ball sizes and had both component and fully loaded selections.

Froggie,

I know you and I breifly toucjed on this the other day. Please tell me exactly what the ammo is?

Is this simmilar to the old flobert, or bb caps?

I actually have a very old cardboard round box nearly full of originals, before they had the rim. Not for shooting but collecting.

How loud are these things? You see where I am going.

Merwin,

I'll send you an e-mail.  Yes, you are going the same place I was going.
