Hi Tom, not sure whats planned for sure. As far as I know The ISSA NW regional is scheduled for this spring at the TR&R range in Tacoma.
But, there is no 400 shot BR match included.  I'll make some calls and find out if that info is solid.  Wink

These things you ask of are being worked on Tom. Patience man patience.
You may be required to drive just a bit further into the good ole USofA to do your voodoo at the next Canada VS America match. The details concerning these international gatherings are not done overnight. You will have time to prepare.

Joe

The regional will be in Lakeview, Oregon on June 12,13 and 14, with a two day bench rest match to follow on the 15th and 16th.

Dave

Here ya go Tom.
Lakeview is a sweet little town. You'll like it there. It's the highest town in Oregon and quite a contrast from Tommy's range in Spokane. The Fremont forest is just south of town. I spent an entire day riding through it a couple years ago. Absolutely gorgeous country down there.
Bring all your secret weapons as you will need them to take the money this year.  Grin  I double checked on the dates with Dave and he assures me  they're correct.

Tom,

Will you be coming down to the NW regional in Lakeview?

I got wind of your power play, waited a few days and got word that Tommy blitzed.

Why don't we all get together and buy the whole place and do as we please with it. We could build a big chalet with a dance hall. We'll booze all night with dancin gir, I mean us single guys will booze with the dancin girls all night and drink beer and shoot all day.  Smiley

So are you coming down or not??

Tommy Mason confirmed today he was unable to obtain insurance for a May shoot and there will not be a Spokane shoot after all.

I would have loved to go to Lakeview but unfortunately it is too close to the ISSA Canadian International and ASSRA RKS International Team Shoots. I cannot get more time off work or travel that distance within the short time between shoots. Too bad the Lakeview shoot didn't stay with the originally proposed May date.

Tom is that secret rifling on your original Yost action? or the rebarrelled Miller?

Dave you didn't address my proposal to purchase the range.

We could start small. Something stylish like this little Shutzen lodge. Of course a gymnasium could be built off to the east side of the existing target - maintenance building. Tommy's place could be used to house a full time caretaker.

All it takes is money.  Huh

Joe.

If I had any of my pension fund left I would certainly invest in the new Schuetzen Lodge. Of course it will be German draught beer not domestic; and will the maids be French?

So Tom the secret rifling would have to be in a gun that needs improvement. Since Sylvia took the medal at the regional events we can only assume it must be in your rifle. So now I'm not sure if I should continue betting on Sylvia or where the odds are now.

So Joe I guess we will have to discuss the odds over a few beers in the new Lodge.

Or should we be contemplating with Top Shelf Scotch.
