Ah Yes. We all appreciate a picture of a pretty single shot.
But not as much as caressing one at the firing line.   Cheesy

Dave,
I understand what your saying, this one was caressed on the firing line for the first time about 30 days ago, I was very happy how it preformed, I don't know the results of the shoot at this time so cant say much, other than I was happy with it.
I never tried to do a picture befoure so just wanted to give picture thing a try.

Hey Shooter,

We can safely say your "picture thing" worked.  Wink  In addition, it seems like you have managed to get yourself a truly classy rifle there.  Who did that spectacular color case job on the receiver and lever?  It's BOOOOOTEEEFUL!!  Cheesy

Hi Froggie,
It's a lot better looking in real life, the picture does not do it justice. I have some other pictures but cant seem to figure out how to put up more that one per post.

From what I've been told John Korzinek of Canton PA, did it, he was the type of gunsmith that did most everything himself, he did not like farming stuff out and depending on others, I have the original invoice and it took over a year for him to get it finished. It has a Shilen Heavy Match barrel and I still don't believe  how good it shoots. This one is goin with me when I go.

I was in contact with him a few years ago, nice old guy in his mid 70's. Later on I tried to contact him to see if he would do me a center fire Ruger, maybe in a 32/20 or a 32 Miller, no luck contacting him, he seems to have disappeared and I haven't been able to find him.

Regardless, that's a real treasure.  I think you are right in judging it a "keeper."  Wink

As for posting pix, what I do when I copy them from the camera onto the desktop is tell it to save at the minimum definition, rather than high definition, then post the copy.  This way, it has a smaller file size and is more likely to fit onto the forum with its posting size limit.
