that photograph of your little Martini Cadet carries one of the nicest looking stocks I have seen on a Martini, the proportions look just right.
I also think the long barrel adds grace to it.
I attach a photograph of my latest Martini in 223 with a 25 inch barrel, the big scope a Burris Signature in 8-32 doesn't do much for its looks but my old eyes need it for shooting out to 300 metres. After sighting it in at 25 metres I couldn't believe my eyes when the first three shots using Swiss military ammo went into a 5/8 "  group at 100 metres.
