Your subject line leads me to believe you might be looking for a Pope style re-decapper. I do not know the person you refer to but I may be able to help you to find the tool. They are made by Pete Allen, 763- 786- 2186. Pete is a nice fellow and will be happy to help you.

Thanks digital, I was looking for the guy in Indiana and I found him.
He is the Gentleman who made the one I have and I wanted to pass the info on to another
