Ballard Pacific wiping rods

I have what I believe to be an original Ballard Pacific wiping rod.  Not sure, but I think so.  Does anyone know what a "for sure" orginal rod looks like?

One end is female threaded.  I'm not sure what size, but bigger than a #10.  I'd be interested if any collectors know what the actual thread size is and more importantly, what the heck was screwed on there - a jag?  Brush?  Swab?  Any pictures or descriptions of the accessories would be really appreciated.

Thanks,
Brent

I've got a Pacific but like 98% of them the rod has been replaced. However I can offer you the following from Mr. Dutcher's book:

"Each rifle came with a polished hickory cleaning rod carried in double thimbles under the barrel. One end of the cleaning rod was fitted with a threaded tip secured to the rod by a single cross pin and scribed with Roman-like numerals that were, I suspect, a code for length. Marlin also supplied a cleaning swab and brush that screwed into the brass tip."
