	Another one jumped in my truck before I could get away. How unusual is a cast fram with the two line address, I know Dutchers book mentions forged frames with the three line. Mike

	Extremely common! I have 6 #2's and two #3 Ballards with cast frames, and all have two line addresses. I usually tell folks that if it has a two line address, (JM Marlin, or Marlin Firearms Co.) it's more than likely a cast action.

	I thought that the cast actions normally had the three line address. Is there a difference with the J.M. Marlin vs. Marlin Firearms?
