If any of you folks well versed in Scheutzen would take a moment, please go to Cabela's site, under antiques, and look at the 8.15X45 that's there. I'm guessing it's a guild gun, they believe a one-off. I'd like anybody's thoughts other than it's nice and obviously expensive. If nothing else it is great eye candy.

Tim, I cant find antique's in Cabela's site. What am I missing?   Joe

On left of the home page, under "other departments" there is a "gun library"-- click on it.  From there, under "inventory" click on antiques.

I purchased a similar gun many yearsv ago and then sold it with regrets. it hung on my NJ dealers wall as a WWII "war prize" for many years. Upon closing the shop many years later it was offered to me. I never shot it and regret that I sold it.
