Hey i like a much shorter lenth of pull than normal 12". im 5' 11".
Anyone else like this?

Depends.  I'm 6-4 and for some shooting positions (standing) I like the shorter length of pull.  When not using a sling I'll support the rifle under the action with the palm of my left hand keeping left arm tucked close in to my chest.  Works well in little wind, is fast and stable.   

Standing with a sling, I'll go for a longer length of pull; as with sitting and prone.
