	My best load is a Barnet B2 bullet in a 1:15 twist Douglas barrel at 1450 FPS.

	My ballard likes 1440 fps for 207 grain hoch shot some down around 1050 but they didn't perform well at 200 yds in my gun it loses accuracy above 1500

	I may be in error but I seem to recall some discussion early last summer at EG with Barry Darr and Jim Borton that in their research they were getting better accuracy as they pushed bullets to the upper end of the practical velocity spectrum. now that may be a matter of calibre, bullet design, alloy, barrel, load , or phase of the moon, but from shooting a couple benches down from JimB it seems like his loads had more of a "crack" to them this summer than in the past. As an aside I seem to recall seeing more chronographs set up along the line than it the past as well
