Hello,

The January 2006 issue of "Guns Magazine" has a neat six page article titled, "The Schuetzen Rifle" (written by Jeff John, with photos by Jim Gardner).  There are several nice photos of a Ballard that the author had made up.  Also, in the "Questions & Answers" section (also under the byline of Jeff John), mention is made of the ASSRA and ASSRA Archivist Rudi Prusok.  It is nice to see one of the mainstream gun magazines carry an article on the Schuetzen game.

Wouldn't you know my subscription to PS started about 6 months after that issue!  *%#@&*^%^!

I won't miss the above-mentioned issue of "Guns" however, since I hope to pick one up this afternoon!
