Alfred Parker sight

Sure hope someone with an ancient Parker-Hale or earlier catalog can help! I recently picked up a folding tang type sight marked:

Alfred Parker
Birmingham
"The Regent"

It has 70 min. elevation adjustment and the same on windage, 1/2" hole spacing fore & aft on a flat base. This sight has an MOA scale on the left, and a range scale on the front.  It folds forward against a (missing) flat spring, and is threaded for standard 7/32"-40 eyepieces.

I looked back through my catalogs to 1921, which is the extent of my Parker collection, and could not find anything on the Regent. Question is, was it Alfred Gray Parker or Alfred Joseph Parker, a father and son combination. AG Parker is from the Parker-Hale Company while son AJ Parker was a competitor of sorts. If you have not done so, post this same question on (You need to Login or Register to view media files and links) . It is a UK based forum and I have had many obscure items resolved there. Good luck and let me know how you come out.

Thanks for checking, Ed.  No, it's not AJ or AG, just plain, old Alfred.
