Winchester windgauge sight repairs

Hi there. I slipped up yesterday in the workshop and dropped an original winchester windgauge spirit level front sight on the concrete floor!!!! Idiot.. I hear you all say. I agree. You guessed it....the spirit level broke inside its housing (right at the pointed tip). The glass vial can probably be refilled with oil and resealed (I'm guessing some form of gasket glue). Has anybody every repaired one of these? I promise never to do this again.

Frank Zika 708.354.7434 makes a exact repro of the Winchester front sight and has the spirit levels on hand.
