	Does anyone know of anyone producing a decapper like the Cash decapper that use to be advertised in BPCN? They are no longer being made by Cash. Looking for any other decapper that might be similiar. Not looking for a combination decapper/cappers Bob

	GWarden, I'm not sure what a Cash decapper looks like, but Jim Kluskens makes a neat decapper. I've been using one for a couple of years, and it's quick and easy to use. I don't know if he's registered on this board or not, but he is on the MSN BPCR board, an goes by the handle of "Distant Thunder". If I can find his email address, I'll post it later. 	"Fitz", who is to be found on this forum from time to time, made the slickest decapper I've ever seen. I'd gladly pay $30 or more for one today. Maybe he'll license his design to somebody, If he won't make any more. Bob? joe b.

	Question dealing with decapper- I have been told Lyman made a universal decapper for their 310 tool. Anyone aware of this or of a decapper die for the 310 that will decap 32/40 brass? Bob

	GWarden, the Lyman 310 tool does have a universal decapper available...in fact, if you have a 310 tool with the old 5 die set you have one already. If not, drop me a line on an IM and I'll see what I can do about hooking you up...I think I have a couple of spare dies laying around in my parts box. 8) Froggie

	There is someone selling casting for a decapper on ebay. I just bought the large (.45 cal) one, but it looks like he is producing the castings for sale. 	I've been playing around with the design for a decapper lately. Gone through 7 or 8 ideas, don't have what I want yet. I'm starting at this point: it will decap only and use a standard decapping pin assembly. One thought is to use the Lee universal die ($10 is cheap). I do like the RCBS too. Simplicity of operation and manufacture with low cost are the objectives. Pictures of other designs are welcome.

	Punch and base works - like right out of the Lee reloading kits that used to go for $10 total.

	Just finished an experimental one. Simple, not elegant. A 7/8-14 nut, with a 2" piece of 1 x 1/8 strap iron welded on, with a 7/16 hole through wich a 3/8 x 4" rod goes. Rod is notched on the end and a groove in it to position it where it goes through the strap iron. Nut screws onto any standard decapping die (like the Lee universal one). Works for .30 carbine through .45-70 . Still working on elegance. A decapper and recapper would be good too. Obviously will take a much higher level of machining.
