Borchardt highwall or CPA action

Looking to get a new rifle built with the ability to change barrels   I heard these actions had that ability from some makers but havent found out where to get them except the CPA.  Who makes the borchardt action  and what are the strengths and limitations  of each action . Looking for a 348 or 45/70 and a 25 caliber based on one of these cases.  Any help would be appreciated

The Borcgardt riflr is made by "the Borchardt Rifle Co." in N.M. See his ad. in the ASSRA Journal.   Ken

I bought a CPA a couple of years ago and got it with a 348 Win and a 30/40 Krag barrel.  I have since added a 38/70 Win barrel.  I am happy with the setup.

Borchardts & walls are capable of being altered to switch-bbl configuration but the makers don't make 'em that way yet. Winchester did make takedown walls originally but I don't know any maker who does so today. So I guess you're stuck with CPA or Thompson-Center or New England or............
ttfn & good luck, Joe
